Caution Notice
All of the dyes used in our products are pet safe. For some of our more vibrant colors, like Strawberry, the dye can transfer to lighter-colored pet coats. We recommend hand washing your harness before the first use with mild soap and warm water, then air drying flat.

Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Wipe dry with a towel or let air dry.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@brightbask.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship Your Return: Send the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
